Formal education because i can acquire skills through formal education and this can make a great part of work performance. Describe the benefits of working with others As a team is great for motivation and ideas, also moral in other place growth and job satification bulding relationship and networking.so it gives more ideas, more creativity, better socialization, communication and facilitate work. Describe the benefits of working alone It gives more autonomy and power to decide.It enable acting according to ones judgment without facing critisism even while working alone experts advice and consultations with other can be fruitfully availed but ultimate decision will with one person.So working alone is best for those who want no interference with their style and working.And this which is not my type. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience it when im suppose to deal with the students who do not want to study,they are in school because they have been forced with the parents to come to school without ther willingness. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learned about the following in my field 1.Its not about me or my subject,when your deal with the students is that the student behavious and thoughts is not about us. 2.Students dont cut class or fail because they dont like the teacher 3.Kids (students) are Human too 4.Sometimes im the only adult who is positive influence in a students life. What unique skills do you have? i have management skills,flexibilty,self motivated working with little supeervision,Team work,hardworking,reliabilty and willingness to learn.
