Tanzanian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English and kiswahili fluently

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Tanzania, because it is the country which i'm more fimiliar with its values and culture. Moreover, i'm ready to work within east africa

What qualifications do you hold?

BSc. Agricultural Economics and Agribusiness

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

Skills is more valuable because, in this world of dynamic nature, we need to have skills which wl make us compatible to this dynamic world. Formal education is too static and too much structured to meet the challenges of the fast changing world

Describe the benefits of working with others

Working with others gives the opportunity to learn from others, identify weakness and strengths and learn to work with different peoples. Also, its important because it train working as a team

Describe the benefits of working alone

It build self awareness and accountability, it develop one's ability to hold responsilities and work under minimum supervision

Business planning, Entrepreneurship development, Project Appraisal, Program planning and Evaluation

Any job that i can work under minimum supervision and hold more responsibilities
