SERVICE AGREEMENT FOR COMPUTER REPEAR{IT}

The parties here in after agree to engage in the provision of services in IT solution servicing, maintenance and all services of Computer Solutions.

Now the parties witnessed as follows: -

1. That the “Service Provider” shall provide services in Servicing Computers, diagnostics and installation of various programmers{Softwares} by the price as the attached quotation(Annexure 1)

2. That the service provider shall provide such services in a manner agreed and determined by the Client.

3. That regardless of any other agreement in place this shall not be treated as an employment to neither the Client nor the service provider but a retainer ship relationship.
