i would like to work for any NGO in helping the society in any way, also i would like to work in any legal department in any law field, further more i would also like to work for any bank because i have knowledge in bankin law, negotiable instruments, investment law e.t.c

i can speak, read and write kiswahili very fluet also i speak, read and write english language very fluent
What country or area are you looking to work in and why?
i would like to work in tanzania, because it is my home country and i t is one of the developing countries in the world and as a citizen i wish to play a vital role in developing my home country. but i am also willing to work in any other state because i would also like to expand my horizon and i am willing to learn new traditions and lifestyle of other people in other states in the world.

i have only worked in tanzania.

i do not have visa to work in any country because i have not got an opportunity to be out of my home counrty.
What field do you currently work in?
i am not currently working for any field but i am volunteering in a local NGO which deals with providing legal education and legal help to poor women who can not afford to hire the services of an advocate. also i am volunteering for the local human rights centre in tanzania to impart democracy and legal education to the rural people in tanzania and over seeing the election process for the leaders of local government. my main responsibilty is to make sure that democracy is upheld in the whole election process
What fields have you worked in before?
i have worked in the district court in my home country in the magistartes chambers. my main responsibilities were to hear the testimony of witnesses, collect evidence, and pass judgments. also i have teaching experience as i have volunteered to teach the rual student in lushoto tanga in tanzania. i mainly taught english language,mathematics and knowledge on HIV- AIDS.
What qualifications do you hold?
i am recent law graduate form the university of dar es salaam in tanzania. i have graduated in law and i have an LL.B degree.
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
i beleive both formal education and skills play a vital role in development of the society and the person him/herself because formal education widen the thinking capacity of the person and also impart an individual with wider knowledge on different matters that he wishes to specialise. in addition to that skills play the big role of imparting experience to an individual, because merely formal education without skils makes the person unable to put in practise what he has learned in his formal education, so skills enables the person to actually use the knowledge he has gained in formal education into the field
Describe the benefits of working with others
working with others have a lot of benefits to oneself and to others because first the person is able to learn a lot from his colligues and the colligues also get chance to learn from him. further more it improves the persons communication skills with others. in addition to that it imparts team building abilities to all members of the group.
Describe the benefits of working alone
working alone also has its own benefits as it helps the individual to be self independent. also it enables the individual to excersice his or her thinking capacity. in addition to that the employers are in a position to see the individual capabilities of the person concerned.
What was your worst working experience?
i really have no worst working experience since i love challenge, i love working in new circumstances and working with new pwople so i have never really experienced any worst working experience.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
i have learned that good relationship with people can get you very far and whenever faced with a difficult situation, a right attitude can bring a fast and good solution.
What unique skills do you have?
i have very good communication skills, i can think fast, i beleive i hve abolity to help people, also i am very hardworking regardless to what i earn out of that job.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
my dream job is any job which puts me out to the soicety and i am in a position to help people expecially the disadvantaged groups in the society.
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
i have graduated in law, the most interesting aspects in my field is to meet different people, especially criminals and people who are in need of legal help. it is a very challenging career because at times it calls for the defending of the obvious guilty people.
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
the least interesting aspects of my field is gaining money out of defending the crminals and helping the escape the hands of justice at the expense of the innocent ones

i really wish to be in a position to help the people in need, and to build a better world for every one
