Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
Formal education is more valuable in a way that when you get such education you become competence in both theories and practical whereby through the practical session you can have a chance to improve the skills that you get from the theories.
Describe the benefits of working with others
Working with others is very important for both the organisation and individuals, per individual working with others give a room for someone to learn new things from others that he/she never come across,also to come across different people with different attitudes give you opportunity to learn ways of handling them.But also it gives chance to improve the performance as different i deas from different people may result to better decision.
Describe the benefits of working alone
Sometimes working alone is better as it gives you a room to make critical analysis on different aspects, but also it gives you a chance to be innovative, self supervision is also a key point when working alone as it gives you a chance to be Independent.
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
In my career i have learnt that team work is important so as to avoid mistakes that can be done when working alone.

my dream job is that which will give me a room to use my skills and knowledge effectively, but also give the way to new skills.

The most interesting aspects are interraction with local people and share their understanding (knowledge),to have chance to let them know other aspects that will change their livelihood

My hobbies are reading newspapers, magazines. watching ang playing football. body exercise and to socialize with people
