Both are important, you have to be able to apply what you have learned at the bedside. Exprience play a big role.

What was your worst working experience?
1st hospital I worked in, in the States, had appalling nursing care, with staff very set in their ways and totally not open to new ideas. Tried for 5 months before I left
What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
The little things count, every baby and his/ her family is unique, treat everybody with the respect you would like to be treated with.
What unique skills do you have?
Work good in a team, 29 years nursing experience, NRP instructor, good in teaching peers. PICC qualified. Love my job!
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
A job where I can use my skills and experience to improve the setting in which I am and to be able to enjoy hobbies that I like in my free time
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Every baby is different, with their own family
Wjat are the least interesting aspects of your field?
Dont think there is anything of my job that I realy dislike
