Fluent English, Hindi and Gujarati. What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Tanzania as I have shifted here after marriage. What countries have you worked in? I have worked in India. What countries do you have a visa to work in? India What field do you currently work in? None, as i have recently shifted to Tanzania. What fields have you worked in before? I have just completed my B.Sc Nursing(Degree Nursing)course nearly year before from College of Nursing,Civil Hospital,Ahmedabad so i have a very short experience as a staff nurse in post-operative ward and thereafter a nursing tutor for few months. What qualifications do you hold? Registered Nurse and Midwife. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both are equally essential. Skills are more important but formal education should run parallel to it because we should know for what and why we are developing a particular skill. Describe the benefits of working with others It provides exposure to your own ideas, corrects yours as well as others mistakes or misbeliefs, creates good human relations ultimately leading to quality comprehensive nursing care. Describe the benefits of working alone While working alone we can strenthen decision-making ability and self-confidence. What was your worst working experience? When i was placed in Cardio-thoracic OT because being a student there was limitation in the work and no staff co-operation. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Experience is the best teacher..specially in medical field. You learn more and more when you pass through new clinical experiences and should maintain good human relations with your colleages and patients. What unique skills do you have? I can perform good presentations as well as nursing procedure demonstrations. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? I dream to become a compitent Nursing Lecturer in Obstetrics/Midwifery or Medical-Surgical Nursing. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Medical-Surgical Nursing,Obstetrics Nursing & Midwifery and Nursing Management. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Community Health Nursing.
