What field do you currently work in? pharmacy field. What fields have you worked in before? just pharmacy field What qualifications do you hold? i hold a bachelors degree in pharmacy and i have just completed my masters in procurement and supply chain management Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? i think skills is better than formal education because skills are more practical than formal education which may be more theoretical than practical Describe the benefits of working with others team work is very good because it entails exchanging knowledge and ideas and thus being equiped with more knowledge and skills Describe the benefits of working alone working alone to me is not very beneficial because it does not expose one to learning new things from others and makes one stick to ideas that may not be very up to date What was your worst working experience? i am yet to experience it What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i have learnt that each idea you have counts,always give your best in every thing that you do. What unique skills do you have? i have very good inter personal skills What would you consider as your 'dream job'? my dream job is that which wouldbe exciting in the sense that i would enjoy doing it and be appreciated and critised in case i do not deliver,a job that enables me to make ends meet and a job that involves interaction with management and other stakeholders as well as the customers we serve. a job where i can freely give out my views and opinions. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? pharmacy profession is interesting when there is personal interaction with a patient where one can use his/her knowledge and skills to assist the patient to get better What are the least interesting aspects of your field? lack of recognition.
