I would like to work in Tanzania, Dar es salaam, the major reason is that i am a Tanzania, i love my country and the people, i would like to serve for my country Being in Dar es salaam will keep me close to my parents and relatives which will make me strong enough to do my work efficiently. What fields have you worked in before? dispensing of medicines to in patient and outpatients, compounding, counseling and research. What qualifications do you hold? I am holding Bachelor degree in Pharmacy (B.pharmacy) Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? formal education is more valuable because it is acquired through learning theoretical and practically , this will help to improve creativity and efficiency, after getting formal education it will be easier to gain skills and experience at work. Describe the benefits of working with others there are many benefits working with others, these may include to develop a wide range of alternatives in an issue, can get a better understanding and acceptance of the final decision, a chance of sharing responsibilities,speed, helps to gain more information and knowledge about the task. again working in a group helps to reduce one's weaknesses as any other may be better and help others out. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone has got some benefits but this depends on a type of work being done, if it requires one person then someone will have a power to decide by organizing his/her ideas,less time is needed to complete one's work,make a person creative and there will be no disagreement. What was your worst working experience? my worse working experience was when dispensing medicines to in patients where physicians have to diagnose the patient late and then the files to be sent to the pharmacist to dispense the medicines, the moment i wanted to deal with another timetable is when i get file late so gets interfered and i must dispense, so because of someone coming late makes my work not to be efficient. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? i learned many things including,pharmacy operation, communication and co operation of a pharmacist and other medical professionals,role of a pharmacist i serving patient's care,management of health services. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? the most exciting part of my field is when giving patients care, advise and treatment, a pharmacist is a member of health care. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? the least interesting aspects of my field is that pharmacy is not much taken as a patient care professional, it is mostly considered as a business professional which is not true, this is a major drawback. how was your interview? my interview was perfect and really enjoyed it.
