I consider Both, since formal educan gives you the guideline on how things to be done, and skills give you things get done Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others as a team give a multiple ideas towards the decision to be undertaken, and therefore, different ideas that one could not have in his/her own towards something will be gained in a team work. I do not remember, but may be when I was working with tourism hotel in 2008 when there were economic depression and no clients in the hotel and therefore, 85 percent of workers were laid off, I was in management team, the problem was how to solve this proble with a win to win situation What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? What I learnt is that, things are always change, thereore efforts are needened in learning and development so as to go with the changing envinment What unique skills do you have?
