Formal education or skills and why? skill because having educated does not mean that you have skill so having it make some one to have gain knowledge and develop much skill Describe the benefits of working with others it good because you get exposure to different people at the same time expand knowledge there by sharing idea and come up with genuine reasons to develop over some thing Describe the benefits of working alone the benefit is you do plan on time and things go according to the way they are planned. rather than been in group because some member may some time remain behind and end up fish out of time certain plans What was your worst working experience? my first time at mechanised clearance and forwarding agent when i was positioned as the QUERY OFFICER I found it had because whenever i submit a report to my boss could not bring it back to me without comments so had found it a little bit hard till when I came up to couple with what he wanted to appear.
