A researching,finding out solutions and finding out how to deal with the issue of resource deplation and conflict and how to deal with environmental problems. What nationality are you? Tanzanian What languages do you speak (and at what level)? Kiswahili and English What country or area are you looking to work in and why? Tanzania especially on nothern arear(KILIMANJARO,ARUSHA,MANYARA) And on the northen part. I have choosen these areas because i have seen a big change on the environmental change as well as increase in resource conflict in these areas. What countries have you worked in? Tanzania What countries do you have a visa to work in? No any country but i can find it if i get employed. What field do you currently work in? Educational field as a teacher of Mathematics and Geography. What fields have you worked in before? Religion field as a religeus teacher and leader. What qualifications do you hold? I have a diploma in education (MATHEMATICS AND GEOGRAPHY) And first degree of education in Mathematics and Geography. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both i consider valuable because formal education broadens my mind about the diffent things that do occur in the world.also it gives some clues about related things that have ever happened or they are likely to happen. But skills gives out the practical side of ddaling with a given issue, so its better to integrate both of the two in order to reach to a good solution or conclution. Describe the benefits of working with others First is to gain more experience on the field that you are working with by imitating what others are doing and hence having an oppotunity to understand the areas that your weak bnd improve them. Also to increase an awerenes on the different cultures that will imrove the intaraction among members and hence simplifying the field works Describe the benefits of working alone First it increases acountability because there is no one who you can depend on to comlete a certain task. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Is ugat always seek knowledge and value peoples ideas but in everything your doing be a critical thinker. What unique skills do you have? Not easily dominated by anger and always likes to ask for something i do not know or do not understand What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Comunicating to people and helping them to understand the effecs of their daily activities on the environment and sugesting different alternative meassures What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Failing to complete my task and intering into misunderstanding with my employer or uhe comunity What benefit you think you can get if you get this job? To serve the comunity To get the sarary that will me to raise well my family. To understand the comunity problems well and the better way of resolving them.
