There are too many advantages of working with others. Based on the following French saying:celui qui n'a jamais voyager s'imagine que sa mère est seule à savoir faire de la bouillie which can literarily be translated as( He who does not travel will think that he is the only one to possess a given knowledge). So when one works with others it is a good opportunity for them to share experience.
