I like to work in Tanzania - Arusha because I stay with my family in Arusha. What countries have you worked in? I worked in Tanzania. What countries do you have a visa to work in? I have no visa but I can work in Tanzania. What field do you currently work in? Now I am unemployed What fields have you worked in before? I worked in Ethnography and Education department at National Museum and house of culture - Dar es salaam. And I worked as a Senior secretary at Kundan Singh Construction Limited - Civil Engineering Contractors. What qualifications do you hold? I hold a degree of Bachelor of Arts Cultural Anthropology and Tourism. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I consider both of them valuable because they work together inorder to work or do anything right. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others leads to cooperation, good communication, facing different challenges by exchanging ideas for the betterment of a place your working.And on top of that today i can work with any one and any place due to the results of working with others. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone leads to have your privacy by realizing your potential and prove to your employer how good you are. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was when I worked as a Senior Secretary at an Engineering Company my boss travelled without giving any instructions and we happened to have the Government visitors who wanted to know about the development of the company but I managed to handle the situation alone and my boss was very proud of me. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I learnt that being truth and faithful is the most important thing in any working place. What unique skills do you have? I have Computer Skills, manage to handle customers at any time, And always eager to learn more. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Is what I worked for and developed with my own effort. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? My interesting aspects of my field are to develop my career and add value to the place I am working. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspects of my field is the underdevelopment of my working place.
