Formal education or skills and why? i consider skills because you might be educated and smart but you lack the skills while when you have the skills your capable in tackling any kinda of problem in the company that you work at. What was your worst working experience? my worst experiences was when i was working under comission payment and after struggling the whole month and working late hours your payments are delayed What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? that you should always make your clients happy.
