Am in internship at a bank, customer care department, call centre team. What fields have you worked in before? customer care department, call centre team, two years in a row What qualifications do you hold? computer knowledgde banking systems,word,excell,publisher, good speaker,final year taking public relations and marketing. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? skills is more valuable tha formal education although both are a stepping stone towards one success, because one great man said,education is what is left after you have forgotten what you have learned from school, so with skills and ability to sharp thinking and flexibility then all is well. Describe the benefits of working with others you get to know how it feels to work with others, know different characters of people,and how to handle them, team spirit is brought up, team work is present and on top of it you learn from others what is not known to you so one gains knowledgde. Describe the benefits of working alone some say it gives you space and freedom to perform what you think is best, but on my side i do prefer team work because exchange of ideas is a crucial thing to better performance. What was your worst working experience? honestly i havenot yet expirienced my worst expirience rather than being without any job or thing to do at the office.
