Diploma in IATA/UFTAA FOUNDATION & EBT COURSE Diploma in IATA/UFTAA CONSULTANT COURSE Certificate in Amadeus basic training Galileo - self training Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? both are valuable depending on the use, formal is value especially when you want to work somewhere because you can't work in a place which you don't have an idea of it. Also skills is valueable because you learn practically, from experience you get from practicals you can do nice work than person who just come from school/college with higher education. Describe the benefits of working with others It helps to learn many things also it helps when someone is not there, i can just take his duties because we always work together so i know his/her duties. Describe the benefits of working alone It's give me a wide opportunity to think and come with new ideas. And the big thing is, it's give me opportunity to work with higher concentration without being pressurized What was your worst working experience? When i want to comment or give ideas or trying to solve broblem but no one is giving me a chance What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? it is good to be patient. Also Keep the customer smile even if he/she is angry try to find some fanny things or tell her/him jokes by doing this you will keep your customer also try to give small gift at the same time offer him/her good service What unique skills do you have? The most interesting aspects of my field is when my customer come back from the journey to say thank you and tell about the destination he went...I feel proud of it! What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspects of my field is when customer come with complaints Do you like the Industry you want to work on? And why? Yes, i like the industry I am working into because my dream is not to be famous but my dream is to be remembered by people that all can appreciate what I am doing.
