east african countries but most in Tanzania because i would life to conserve the natural resources which are found in these areas especially wildlife because most of these natural resources are been under the treats of deplection so as expect in these field, it is our concern to to protect the resources either provision of eduction to community and community participation in conservation of these resources by giving them full ownership , therefore if i will have the oppotunity in find any job which will relate in conservation i will try first as i taked to put more effort to the community as the main stakeholders of these resources because everythring must start rom the grass root to the leaves

i have no visa to any country and that is way i speciefied to work in counrties were i donot require the use of visa

i was working as assistant researcher in a project known as mapping of agricultural crops in the eastern arc mountains under the derpartemnt of forest biology at Sokoine University of Agriculture in Tanzania

i have Bachelor of wildlife management
Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?
formal education is more valuable to me because i had the chance of opening up my narrow way of think about wildlife and what is involved in wildlife but i didnt only learn on wildlife only i had the chance of learing other field such as forest botay and ecology, resource economics , agricultural bussiness and other wildlife studies for the case of skills it is not so much valuable because i had the short of learning because it was a temporal job.
Describe the benefits of working with others
.There is a lot of challeges in working with other people .it easly to learn to things from other people
Describe the benefits of working alone
if you are working all alone ,you wont depend on some one to support you on any kind of your work therefore every minute and every second will be utilized effective so as to accomplish the task therefore working alone is much better than working with other people becuse there will be effectiveness of time and enegy consumption
What was your worst working experience?
The work which as working was collecting data from district officers , it was very hard in finding these data because most of the stafs didnt provide data at all concering the progress of crops in there working stations so it was a challeging to me finding the data.
What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
i would life to work as a field officer i the conservation of natural resources
What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
Dealing with people on how they should be conserving natural resources for future generation
