I am the senior gymnastic coach in Nepal, I want for the international jobs or international gymnastic coach training in any of the country, i am eger to do the international coaching. I am looking for the golf countries, America..because there is the good future of the gymnastic professionals. Gymnastic What qualifications do you hold? degree in sports from india, masters degree in english Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both infact, because formal education enhances the quality of work and brings perfection,quality, and speed of any task, work or job.Simply if a person is uneducated on the respective or required area he will take a lot of time to understand,practise and come up with the best and quality results.In the other hand an educated individual with less skills like grasping power,hardworker, quicklearner, team worker etc..will also fail to give the optimum result on the work undertaken. Describe the benefits of working with others there are a lot of advantages working with others.first of all a team can undertake and perform those work/task which is impossible for a individual to do ,be that a hard physical work or mental work.Team working provides a sort of motivation, innovation(coming up with new and better ideas), competition and speed.There`s always a chance of getting work done in a perfect way as the team works on best opinion which comes out from the team members individual opinion.Psychologically working with team is less stressful--There`s always another one to support, motivate and correct time and again.So a less stressful individual will definitely perform better. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone is beneficial in a sense that a individual has full right to undertake decision, make plans and coordinate things for any work or task. there`s no disturbance on the dicisions made.Basically there might be s situation in the group working that the correct decision may be proved wrong just because of the maximum consents/vote/ agreement of the team members. In this situation independent wise decisions are fruitful. What was your worst working experience? Nothing like worst, i enjoy what i do, at least i dont feel bad about work i undertake.I consider every bad or good work to be a learning experience infact. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Individual should be hardworking first of all then should be self-motivated.
