What was your worst working experience? Some members of a marginalised community misunderstood an episode of acute gastro enteritis (AGE) affecting children and adult as a result of side effect of oral polio vaccine on the very day of National Immunization day goven to all under 5 children and they refused to take vaccine and treatment for AGE. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? If I can motivate/inspire my co-workers, subordinates towards the organizational goal, half the job is done.
