Formal education or skills and why? To be honest, both are valuable, whilst in a different aspect. We learned from theory to know the world but we grant experience and skills from the real life. However, if I were to be a little bias, "skillful" is something to be concerned more when we want to give ourself as a "value added" to one or any organization.
