Skills can be aquired by experience, If a person has undergone formal education then the level of aquisition & development of skills is much higher. So, it is important to have formal education. But having skills is more important as skills distinguish between the brilliant & the moderate. Describe the benefits of working with others one gets to learn from others,share the workload & work to one's designated role.(not overdoing things)One learns to take responsibility & even extra pressure when someone is not performing well in the team & one has to take over that person's work. Describe the benefits of working alone someone working alone becomes more responsible for deadlines. More creativity arises as one does not have to adopt to others' style of working. What was your worst working experience? first job. I was a raw management graduate out of college.I expected a lot more training than I actually received. I was not taught the tricks of trade then & later had to learn them the hard way; by trial & error! What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Planning to work so that you can stick to deadlines. keeping your eyes & ears open as you can learn something valuable at all times from anybody. finally,it is your behaviour towards others which define you.
