I look forward to work in Thailand as I have visited Thailand before to attend three week's training, and I liked the working environment in Thailand. What countries have you worked in? Nepal What field do you currently work in? Academic sector, I am a lecturer and Field Work Coordinator of Social Work in one of the college. What fields have you worked in before? Translation and review of data related to Maternal and Child Health Care in Nepal. What qualifications do you hold? Completed Masters in Social Work. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Both as according to me social work is both Art and Science. One needs to be artistic as well as knowledgeable of the social issues that exists. Once the person is educated, one is aware but skills make people distinct from each other and with these distinct skills, he/she can prove oneself in any field. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others is fun and equally challenging. But in order to work as a team, each one needs to have cooperative attitude, positive thinking, commitment to work in group, accept other's views and perceptions and united. Benefits of working with others : easy to work, get support, good learning after listening to other's views. Describe the benefits of working alone Benefits of working alone could be as such : no interference from others, can get to apply one's own ideas and perception, one can take all the credits for the work done. It benefits for the one who cannot or donot want to work in groups. What was your worst working experience? I don't have one yet. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To be patient, respect to the orders received and show commitment in your work. And act more than talk. What unique skills do you have? I think as a social worker therefore the skills that makes me distinct from others are my knowledge and the way I do things. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Having my own organization with a dedicated team, and working towards poverty alleviation in the South Asian countries. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? I am interested in doing creative jobs, I like to sketch,play outdoor/indoor games etc.. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? playing computer games, Why do you think that potential employers need to contact you?
