What field do you currently work in? i am currently working in the field of HIV/ AIDS and STIs for marginalized population. What fields have you worked in before? i just working in mini home industry in terms of mechanical workshop. What qualifications do you hold? i am holding the bachelor of English specialization. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? not only formal education but also skills because there are linking each other. What was your worst working experience? i am working in the field of HIV/ AIDS and STIs for marginalized population like sex workers, gays and sex partners. so i did so efforts to cover and approach them in the way of softness and flexibilities. i use to make and do plans like plan A , plan B and plan C because the are not stabilized population because they are working illegally in our country. so the way of our approach is so flexible and sometime need to sit with law enforcements departments like police stations , courts.
