For us to be equipped with knowledge and wisdom,we need the formal education and in order to hone what we have learned it should be applied in real setting to develop the skills. Describe the benefits of working with others It will open an avenue for developing yourself as a far more better and flexible person. Dealing with different people with different personality will basically enhance your persona. Furthermore, it will give us an experience worthy to be learned. Describe the benefits of working alone I can't see any benefits in working alone. No man is an island. We will not grow as a person and as a professional if we are living in solitude. We should have to develop ourselves holistically in order to become a total human formation. To fulfill this? we need other people. What was your worst working experience? So far none as far as the word "worst" is concern. It's just some common misunderstanding brought about by miscommunication. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
