Both, can't do one without the other, like the rudder and the sails! Formal education without having practical, life-skills does not fully equip a person for life. Too many cracks in the reality of life that is not covered by college! Describe the benefits of working with others No man is an island. You can't hope to change the world by your personal perspective and ambitions. You will great business success when you can understand and see first hand what the needs of others are and then go to work to supply them! Describe the benefits of working alone Better concentrated, focused work. No limits, no boundaries, no clock-out schedule. What was your worst working experience? Knowing I could do the job (and do it better!) that was given to someone else, just because they had the 'right papers'! What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Look beyond! Don't live for today in a tomorrow-world! Plan proactively and get to work! Study!!! Never think for one moment that you know it all - there is no way anyone can.
