I think both of them have their own valuable system, Formal Education is for you to gain knowledge and give you more confident to understand and be your own witness. Skills is a powerful nature that shows the balance of yourself in your natural talents and it's discover who you are and what you can do.

What was your worst working experience?
When i used to work five years ago to one of unprofessional and unorganized company.more worse of all is lack of management with unfair Leadership.

I want to be a Director for Food and Beverages Services OR A Head Officer for mental health/ Dementia and Disability. OR A Director Hospitality Industry

to develop and motivated in every area of their workforce system and the benefit of itself to the people and the Government too.

it does not matter what nationality,sexuality and religion, the matter if you can do the job perfectly.
