Tonga. I am interested in working in any area in Tonga. i have chosen Tonga because i am planning on working within the pacific and has chosen Tonga to be the first destination. NZQA Levels 1 2 & 3 NZQA English Certificate 2 Kiwi Host Certificates in Telephone Techniques and Customer Services. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I think both of them are valuable. Education is important because in every industry you are required to read, write and understand. Skills is important because you should be able to move around, safely and have knowledge of what you are doing as well as have safe pre-cautions. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits or advantages of working with others is that you get more help. instead of just working hard there is an option of working smart. Having other people work with you is a major help, and putting all of your ideas together will bring out a successful project or what ever it is you are doing in a group. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone, you have the benefit of showing off your own work and getting the credits yourself. People will notice you and your work. What was your worst working experience? my worst work experience was at the Call Center. I was trained for 2 hours and it was terrible because the customers were rude. I was not allowed to relate back. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The customer is always right no matter what. And that Accuracy is better then speed as well as Honesty is the best Policy. What unique skills do you have? I am able to look and learn. I make hard things look easy. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Anything within Hospitality Catering and Tourism. I love being around people. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? Right now the most interesting things in my field as the assistant the the youth officer of Niue is, learning about the different ways a young adult thinks from an actual adult. Some youth of Niue is actually doing some good for the nation and its interesting because i think they think better than those who are actually running the island. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Reading what is not related to the youth of Niue. eg the community affairs. Why do you think you are the right candidate for this vacancy? Lets say for an example if i am applying to become a bank teller i will say; i believe i am the right candidate for this job vacancy because i am honest reliable and i always do my utmost best in any work situation.
