| Hello, My name is Darren Phillips. I am a canadain citizen and 30 years old. My Partner who is Australian has accpted a porsition in Tonga and I would love to follow her. I have a degree in Sport and rec Management and have been working in both Canada and New Zealand for the past 6 years. I have been a general Manager of a semi pro basketball team in NZ for 3 years and well as doing sales and Marketing for a winery for the past 2 years. I have also been envolved in rumming my own basketball camps with profesional players and coaches to great success. I have also been traveling home to Canada during our summers to continue my position in an outdoor education center. I have moved up the ranks for the past 7 years seasons doing everything from Head of ropes, head of the water front and for the past three seasons I have been the program director over seeing more than 300 children and 80 staff members.
