Formal education or skills and why? skills. because life skills are for life. if you have the necessary skills anything is possible. What was your worst working experience? my teaching folders were not in order and i had a whole lot of school reviewers in my classrooom. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? practice makes perfect. that's what i tell my students also.
