Formal Education is important to develop Basic Knowledge and for broad vision , skill is also valuable but its blends with Fprmal Education can produce excellent results. Describe the benefits of working with others While working in team one can learn alot from other via group discussions, brain storming. in addtion to technial skill improvement working in group is also benefical for social grooming. Describe the benefits of working alone while owrking alone one is all in all, one has to be self starter, have to be responsible because one is boss of his own. Always keep learning and never consider your self extraordinary, because ther is always room of improvement. What unique skills do you have? Most unique skill is my learning skill. I grasp things very quickly and require little time to oversome problem. Divesified and challenging nature of job, e.g i like to work on other vendours equipment e.g NSN, Ericsson etc, alst but not the least good salary package as well What are the most interesting aspects of your field? core network is very vast feild,ebing back bone of the network one have to be very much vigilent to secure it.
