I consider skills to be more valuable because you can have all the knowledge from formal education but if you don't know how to apply your knowledge, it may be deemed less useful both to yourself and society. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others includes the fact that you learn how to be a team player. This is essential in a successful business because if you do not know how to work with others, then an organisation can't grow. Also, it is good to work with others because you can enhance your knowledge by interacting with individuals in a respective field. After all, no one person knows everything. We can all learn from each other. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone from my perspective is that you are able to devoted your complete attention to your work without any disturbance. Also, working alone enables you to have your point of view and your knowledge to be shown by itself, rather than work which was completed as a result of efforts of more than one individual. What was your worst working experience? My worst work experience would have to be working as a waitress. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson in which I have learned throughout my career is to always be brave and speak what is in your heart and how you feel about a situation because you may not be the only one who feels the same way. I think that this quality reflects leadership skills. What unique skills do you have? I have a way of making people comfortable and at ease as in motivation and mediation. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job would have to be a first class chef and restaurant owner. I love to cook, however it is just my hobby and I am just an amateur, so this would really be a dream come true. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of my field is that it has potential for growth both in the financial sense and the educational sense.You can learn something new everyday. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? The least interesting aspect of my field would be the fact that you may have less interaction with individuals since you may be in an office in a cubicle most of the time rather than out doors. An organisation should hire me because I am a hard worker, efficient, great with customers and most of all, I truly believe that I can be an important asset if given the chance.
