Formal education or skills and why? My personal view is that both formal education and skill work hand in hand in my eyes non can be compared to the other to be more valuable because formal education just paves the way for a skills in every person to flourish and brings out there true potential. My supervisor who was verbally abusive in many ways unimaginable thing that man told me and the he talked was just a nightmare going to work wit a smile What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? One of my most important lessons i have learned is to always push myself to accomplish things that seem difficult to me in spite of fears and other obstacles and that knowledge is power ask questions research problems until a solution is found.
