Formal education or skills and why? I consider them both equal depending on the field you wish to enter. In hospitality you need to have the formal education and the experience to be well rounded. Describe the benefits of working with others A team helps move things quicker and make the work environment mroe friendly. Let's face it when you work the people around you see you more than your own family. Describe the benefits of working alone When you work alone you can focus more on your individual tasks withour becoming distracted. What was your worst working experience? One where the boss had no respect for the maintenance crew and did not treat all of his employees fairly this creating a bitter environment What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Never forget! What unique skills do you have? I am a great multitasker who can function in a cluttered environment while creating order. What would you consider as your 'dream job'?
