Formal education can be found anywhere but the demand for specific skill is higher. Formal education can always be learned but skill takes more practice and time to harness. Working with others means a reduction in work load, quicker brainstorms, increase in communication skills and the opportunity to learn new things. My last Job as a warehouse clerk where the manager was a verbal abuser who took no consideration into the feelings, care or safety of his employees. An employee broke his leg on the job, the manager could do nothing but laugh. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?
