I prefer staying in Trinidad because this is where I live and plan to build my life, but if I get a job that requires travelling the opportunity will be considered. Formal education or skills and why? I believe that both formal education and skills are important, but skills are the major criteria because everyone can have formal education but fail at having the right attitude and the knowledge of knowing "how" to do the job. Describe the benefits of working with others The benefits of working with others is that I am more tolerant of people's personality. I learn new things and am able to handle situations better and professionally. Working with others makes the job easier because one person cannot know everything and everyone is contributing to make the job easier. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone is having the peace of mind of doing the job alone. You are responsible for the job at hand and there is less interuption from other, less commotions and less opinions. Working alone helps a person's concentration level and makes them relax and easy going while doing their job and getting things done.Working alone helps an individual to utilise their knowledge, skills, time and resources. What was your worst working experience? My worst working experience was working as an OJT at an Agency. The people treated me as if I was not part of the organisation and that I did not have anything to contribute to the organisation. They took advantage and never had the proper work etiquette of doing things What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important thing that I have learn is never let anyone take advantage of you and allow them to dictate your pace and space. I have also learn that irregardless of what keep furthering your studies and educational background. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job will begin with me working alone and using my own initiative, management and technology wise. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspects of Information Technology are web designing, PC repairs, security,programming and databases. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? there is nothing uninterestes in Information Technology.
