I have work for three years as mostly part time worker at Papa johns international while i have pursued my academic goals.Whilst the general nature of this business may differ from that of your establishment,as well as the position i am applying for,I am very confident that my experience has taught me and developed my ability to work as part of a team or independently and maintain an effective and efficient operation no matter of the obstacles that present themselves on a daily basis. What qualifications do you hold? I have also gained 7 cxc passes at a minimum of grade 2,a certificate in business studies,a certificate and diploma in business infomation systems facilitated by Abe(association of business executives),and is also awaiting results for the associates degree in the same course. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? For me formal education and skill go hand in hand,but formal education is more important as it provides the foundation of your career and allows the aquisition and development of skills. Describe the benefits of working with others working with others allows for different perspectives of a situation and more informed decision making. Describe the benefits of working alone working alone....which i prefer sometimes, allows for mediation and self growth that allows individaul to become independant and responsible for their own actions. What was your worst working experience? my worst work experience is being part of a team that has no vision for the future. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? I have learnt that every successful individual has to make sacrifices in order to acieve their goals in life What unique skills do you have? I also have a unique determination and perseverance that set me apart from any other individual,just as every one else. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? My dream job is to be the developer of a peiece of software or program that will have an everlating effect on how we see the world today. What are the most interesting aspects of your field?
