I have 9 O Level (CXC) Qualifications, 5 A' Level (CAPE) Qualifications, Certified Junior Accountant,BA(Hons) Human Resource Management,Currently pursuing a Bsc Business Administration

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider Formal Education as more valuable of the two because with a sound education there are more opportunities for one to grow and develop.It leaves room for improvement and does not limit ones options.

Describe the benefits of working with others

Good Communication,interpersonal skills are developed. New relations are introduced and one can learn from others experiences by means of communicating and building relationships.

Describe the benefits of working alone

There is flexibility in terms of time and convenience.

What was your worst working experience?

I do not have any bad experiences. All my work experiences have been building blocks, i am able to learn from others, learn from my mistakes and gain experience for my enhancement.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

I have learnt to be honest,hardworking and dedicated to what i am doing and this will prove to be successful and beneficial in the long term.

What unique skills do you have?

I am able to multi task well and use my creativity to produce systems which can enable me to work efficiently and be versatile to a company.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

My dream job is preferably in the Business Sector where i have a passion for what i do and enjoy performing my duties.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

There is something new to be learnt everyday.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Sometimes progress may take longer than expected.

Why should i be chosen among others for the position?

I am an honest,dedicated,hard working and diligent individual who works very hard in achieving the aims and objectives which i have set out for myself and also by aiming to achieve those of the organisation in which i work with. I believe that i am an asset to an organisation because i love to work and am always willing to learn new things.
