What do you see youself doing within the next couple of years?

I want to gain all the experience that I can so that one day, God willing I can successfully manage my own business. As well as I see myself being one of the top leading women in Trinidad and Tobago's society. I want to be distinguished.

What nationality are you?

Trinidadian

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

I can speak both English and Spanish. Both on a practical level. My Spanish, however can become more fluent with prcatice that I intend to take.

How do you view life?

I see life as a journey through which I have to make the best out of, cherishing each moment of life.

What is your current occupation?

I am currently employed in the Sales Department of a Health Food Distributor.

What job experiences have you gained so far?

I have gained and expanded on my social development. I am able to effectively carry about myself at any given situation. I have also expanded on my interpersonal as well as intrapersonal attributes.

What are your strengths?

My strength is my ability to manage time, coordinate activities efficiently, instruct clearly, motivate and break tensions.

What fields have you worked in before?

I have only been involved in the Sales aspect thus far.

What qualifications do you hold?

I have nine (9) O' Level passes as well as thirteen (13) A'level passes in which I obtained at the University of the West Indies South Open Campus. I am currently pursuing by BA (Hons) Degree in Business Management at the School of Accounting and Managment (SAMs).

What field do you want see yourself being a part of?

I like the idea of Human Resource as well as Marketing. I want to be an all rounder.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The benefits of working with others is that you can learn and value other walks of life, gain knowledge from their experience as well as gain more options about undertaking projects. Team work allows for individuals to create a relationship with each other.

Describe the benefits of working alone

Working alone allows for one to concentrate and focus on their given task and allow the individual to take full pride in their jobs especially when it is a job well done.

What was your worst working experience?

At my first job my employers used to verbally abuse their employees so that was not a nice experience.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson that I learnt is that effective communication is imperative as the success of the business lies within its communication's strength.

What unique skills do you have?

I have the ability to motivate people as well as tackle challenges with ease. I can also relate to others comfortably and concisely.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

I don't exactly have a dream job in mind, but I picture knowing any given job and doing to the best of my ability, smoothly and taking pride in it.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspect of my field is interacting with people.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

Restacking the shelves at the retail outlet, however I do take pride in it.

Which aspect of being a business owner do you think you would be most proud of?

I would be most proud of the ability to give back to my community as well as the ability to make a change in the lives of others, be it in the form of employment or charity.
