Formal education or skills and why? Both of them are very valuable because if u have formal education and don't have skills then how would u get through life?You need to use them interchangeably in order to perform at your peak in most jobs. e.g. - You're going to work and your skirt or pants rips, and you need to be at work on time, you can sew the rip and get on with going to work. Describe the benefits of working with others You get to learn things that you did not know as well as you get an inside peak of how different people are and you learn to deal with people on an everyday basis.
