Manager of a recruitment Agency. What fields have you worked in before? Recruitment Agency for 2 years. Car Sales for 1 years. Oil field Management for 5 years. I am very mechanical inclined. And am a business man also.I can do pretty much anything I put my mind to. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? Skills. Hands on always had better results to me than sitting in a classroom writing notes. Describe the benefits of working with others Working as part of a team to solve problems or create new ideas is always good, as you can have better productivity when brain storming with others. Building relationships with other colleagues is good for the company. Describe the benefits of working alone More deep thought can go into your work if you are not disrupted by other people. Nobody to slow me down. i can do my own thing and get projects done my way. What was your worst working experience? When things start going bad the whole day usually goes down hill. Learned that working in the oilfield. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? To do a job as efficient and safe as possible. You need to get things done this way so that your not wasting the clients money and nobody gets hurt. What unique skills do you have? Mechanically Inclined. Great imagination. Good problem solving skills. Pay close attention to detail. I can come up with some great ideas. I know what looks good and what doesn't when it comes to customization of anything from cars to home decor. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? Customizing Cars or houses. Working with marine life or in a Aquarium. I have a passion for aquariums and marine life. What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The field I am in now is Finding jobs for foreign workers and I enjoy meeting new people and helping them come to Canada. Talking with my clients and Learning about their country. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Harassing people for money that won't pay after I complete the job. Why do I want to move to Trinidad? My wifes parents and family are from Trinidad and Grenada and we would like to live near them.You only live once and I want to live in a tropical part of the world.As great as Canada is I need new experiences in my life and would like to see more of the world.And to raise my children in Trinidad.
