I consider formal education over skills because with a proper foundation you would develop the correct skills necessary to get the job done Describe the benefits of working with others When working with others you can gain a lot of experience as well share the knowledge you know unto your fellow work men . Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone would be a tricky question but when on a job alone you have more of a strain and also you would have to make your decisions on your own overall working alone requires someone that has experience on what he or she is doing. What was your worst working experience? Wiring up a kitchen and on completion having to go back and rewire a plug because one of the workers had put the color sequence wrong.
