Formal education or skills and why? Both are valuable because application of formal lead to Skill through practicals and working experience. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with other benefits one through understanding,accommodating and team spirit,this result in continuos learning from one another, adding series of values and qualities to oneself and to the organisation to achieve organisational goal and objectives. Describe the benefits of working alone I dont see any benefit to derive bacause One may not be able to achieve desired results, and no exchange of ideas and knowlegde. What was your worst working experience? My worst experience was when there was no finacial assistance during my academic pursuance. Discovering medicinal plants extracts as an alternative medicine to manage HIV related diseases cause by pathogenic microorganisms that are becoming resistant to orthodox medicine. What are the least interesting aspects of your field? Inability to recieve support. What is your next line of action To work in an organisation capable of assisting my dreams in life.
