Formal education or skills and why? I cannot label Formal education or skills as one more valuable than the other because I believe that they are both equally valuable. In my opinion one should not exist without the other. Once an individual is exposed to both, they will make an exceptional worker. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others help one to develop the skill of team work and can improve on one's interpersonal skills. Also, more than one idea put together can create a grand new idea. Describe the benefits of working alone Working by oneself can help one develop that sense of responsibility, confidence and determination. However, I it is not necessary for the summer job to be directly related to my field of study. I require a job because I do not like to be unoccupied.
