Formal Education I consider more valuable because with more qualifications and higher education one can acquire greater earning jobs and more fulfilling careers. Where I work in a gift store that was very disorganized and the manager accused me of pretending I didn't know i had to work and saying I was only saying that because I had something to do, when no one told me I was required.
