I wish to work in Trinidad and preferably within the east west corridor. What countries have you worked in? Trinidad What field do you currently work in? Early childhood education. What fields have you worked in before? Only early childhood education. What qualifications do you hold? English A (grade 2), Social Studies (grade 2), Mathematics (grade 3), Principles of Business (grade 3), Priciples of Accounts (grade 3), Integrated Science (3), Certificate in Early Childhood Education and I am in my second year persuing my Bachelor's of Science in Elementary Education. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? That is a difficult question, society today is academically inclined, qualification is at the top of every job application which makes formal education very crucial. However skill is just as important in carrying out any given task, a working knowledge must be had. Thus making them both important. Describe the benefits of working with others I see working with others as holistic development not just for for one party but all involved. It may be beneficial in learning conflict resolution, positive socializing skills,team spirit, shared responsibility and learning to deal and cope with the different personalities of people. Describe the benefits of working alone The benefits of working alone are less distractions, no need for conflict resolution, uncompetitive environment, comfortable work atmosphere and peace of mind. What was your worst working experience? The death of a student. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? Impact every person I come in contact with positively no matter how small it may be. What unique skills do you have? Creating craft from unwanted materials.
