Formal education or skills and why? First a formal Education does not give you life skills,I strictly prefer skills because most students of these present days get certificate in a theoretical way but most are disappointed when coming to jobs. So it will be better to consider the skill in all aspects and so we can filter those who were not fit in the practical work. Describe the benefits of working with others Working with others is great for motivation and ideas also moral in the work place growth and job satisfaction, building relationship and networking. Describe the benefits of working alone Working alone you don't need to explain or consult with others, theres an old saying you want something done right, 'do it yourself' What was your worst working experience? In every organisation they are dispute among co-workers but they are ways in which one could resolve this situation, because everyone is entitle to his/her opinion so at the end of it all, working as a team they will be and end to the situation. What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career? The most important lesson i have learn is to face your fear,Treat other people as you want to be treated and taking chances. What unique skills do you have? I love reading and interacting with people. What would you consider as your 'dream job'? To be honest becoming a mathematician, i love maths!! What are the most interesting aspects of your field? The most interesting aspect of this field is sharing knowledge, interacting with others and hearing their opinion. Happy to say their are no least interesting aspects in this field because as everyday goes by you learn something new each time, gaining knowledge in this aspects never ends.
