Formal education is more valuable because u need to have the knowledge and understanding FROM A FORMER educational institution to learn and gain thinking skills (eg. mathematical and grammar skills) to adapt proper skills Describe the benefits of working with others it allows one to communicate with others and develop team work which allows an individual to learn the advantages and disadvantages of a workforce and allows you adapt new skills and patterns for workin with others.It also make decision making easier Describe the benefits of working alone working alone has its advantages and disadvantages .Advantage are that you make your own decision withot consulting others and you havea free mind at thinkin with less distraction or aguments with co workers.
