I currently work in the catering industry as a catering manager so i also have managment skills What fields have you worked in before? I worked in retail, customer services, and catering. What qualifications do you hold? I have no written qualifications, im self taught. Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why? I believe skills are more valuable, yes i do believe education is important but a person cant just work in a job and know how to do that job without gaining skills first Describe the benefits of working with others I believe that working with others is very beneficial as it forms a kind of bond with your work colleauges and it is ggod to know that we could support each other.
