Looking for work for 2010 in Marmaris

What type of job are you looking for?

I would like to work in a bar or as a holiday rep/

What nationality are you?

British

What languages do you speak (and at what level)?

English

What country or area are you looking to work in and why?

Turkey, Marmaris, as I love it over there I go over alot and get really upset having to come home. I love all the clubs along the Beach Front Cheers, Beach Club, Bar X, I absolutley love it there.

What countries have you worked in?

Just England

What countries do you have a visa to work in?

England but I would apply for a Turkish work permit.

What field do you currently work in?

Banking

What fields have you worked in before?

Customer Service

What qualifications do you hold?

I have GCSEs in: Art & Design: A English Language: C English Literature: C Food & Technology: C Business Studies: C Mathematics: D

Which do you consider more valuable? Formal education or skills and why?

I consider skills to be more important as I feel you can progress further with skills, where as formal education is taught, and skills are your own way of doing things.

Describe the benefits of working with others

The beneifts of working with others are you learn from each other, and can help each other out while working.

Describe the benefits of working alone

The benefits of woking alone is you become independant, and you can concensrate more.

What was your worst working experience?

When I was yough I worked in Sayers the Bakers. The bad experience was a customer shouting at me regarding food. I called the manager and setlled it out.

What is the most important lesson you have learnt throughout your career?

The most important lesson i have learnt is if i keep my head down and work hard I will be praised for it.

What unique skills do you have?

I can type fast, I am out going so I chat and smile alot to others.

What would you consider as your 'dream job'?

To be a holiday rep would be my dream job, it is something i have always wanted to do. Now I am 18, 19 next month I feel the tie now is right to jump to the oppertunity. Being able to work in Marmaris, the place I most love and do the dream job of being a holida rep would be my dream come true since I was a little girl.

What are the most interesting aspects of your field?

The most interesting aspects of my field are I am able to do alot of things at once, from logging a complaint, to calling a customer. I am always doing something different, which is important to me.

What are the least interesting aspects of your field?

The least interesting aspect og my field is angry customers, when I call them up and they are angry towards me.

Why do you feel you deserve you dream job?

I feel i deserve to do my dream job as I am a hard working person. I left school at 15 and got myself two jobs. One at TJ Hughes working weekends and one at Sayers the Bakers full time. I then got trained as an assistant manager at Sayers the Bakers at 17 years old, I would never call in sick and worked my hardest. Then at 18 I got a job at Barclays Bank, where I work now. I feel honoured to get a great job a my age, I am pleased to say I am full time and permament in this job. From leaving school three years ago to now I feel I have put so muh effort into a career and would love to be able to go on to do my dream job, working in Marmaris.
